Accepting these terms

By downloading or using Listics, or by using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

What Listics is

Listics is a personal tool to plan grocery lists and track what you spend. It stores your information on your device. It is not a bank, an accounting service or a financial adviser.

Who can use it

You must be old enough to enter into a binding agreement where you live, or have the permission of a parent or guardian to use Listics.

Your license to use the app

We give you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to use Listics on Apple devices you own or control. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app.

You can read it here: Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these terms and Apple's agreement conflict, Apple's agreement prevails for the app license.

Your content and data

The lists, prices, photos and other information you enter are yours. They are stored locally on your device. We do not receive them and do not claim any rights over them.

You are responsible for backing up your data and for exporting it when you want a copy. Because we do not have your data, we cannot recover it if you delete the app, lose your device or reset it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use Listics for anything unlawful
• copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the app, except where the law allows it
• interfere with the app, this website or the services they rely on
• remove copyright or other notices

Prices, statistics and estimates

Regular prices, price comparisons, trends, savings, "what-if" estimates, targets and other statistics are calculations based only on the information you entered. They are informational, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and are not financial advice. Check important figures yourself before making decisions based on them.

Availability and accuracy

We do not guarantee that Listics will always be available, error-free or accurate. We may change or stop parts of the app at any time.

Third-party services

Listics is distributed through Apple's App Store and, if you opt in to anonymous analytics and crash reports, uses Google Firebase. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Intellectual property

The Listics app, name, logo, design and website content belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. These terms do not give you any rights to them other than the license above. Your own data remains yours.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the extent the law allows, Listics is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, savings or profits arising from your use of Listics. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Australian consumers

If you are an Australian consumer, the Australian Consumer Law gives you guarantees that cannot be excluded. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under that law, or any liability we have under it.

Where the law allows us to limit our liability for a breach of a guarantee that cannot be excluded, our liability is limited, at our choice, to supplying the app again or paying the cost of having it supplied again.

Changes

We may update the app or these terms. We will change the "Last updated" date when we update the terms. Continuing to use Listics after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Ending your use

You can stop using Listics at any time by deleting the app, which also deletes its local data. We may suspend or end access to the app if you break these terms.
